Can I earn a referral share for introducing another account?+
Qualified referrals may be eligible for a separate referral arrangement. Terms are confirmed in writing after the referred account completes review and is accepted.

Refunds and disputes follow documented risk procedures and the payment processor’s requirements. Activity stays visible, and adequate reserves may be maintained where appropriate.
How will I receive my payouts?+
Approved partners receive payments through the method and weekly or monthly schedule stated in their agreement, together with transparent supporting reports.
How is this different from an investment scheme?+

No application or onboarding fee is required for approved partners. Any commercial terms are disclosed clearly in the partnership agreement before access is granted.
Will I retain access and ownership of my account?+
Yes. You remain the account owner and retain visibility. ScaleNow receives only the restricted permissions agreed during onboarding.
Do I need to share my password or login credentials?+
No. Never send us your password, recovery codes, or authentication details. Access must be provided through the processor’s authorized team-permission features.
