Account control

The account owner retains ownership and visibility. Access must use authorized, restricted team permissions; personal passwords and authentication codes must never be shared.

Operating responsibilities

Roles, permitted activity, reporting expectations, payout calculations, reserves, dispute procedures, and termination rights are documented before operations begin.

Compliance

All activity must comply with applicable laws, processor rules, platform policies, and the approved business model. Suspicious or prohibited activity may result in immediate suspension or review.

Transparency

Partners receive access to the reporting and documentation specified in their agreement and should promptly raise any discrepancy.
